ご利用規約 - Terms and Conditions

1. 運転手の勤務時間

運転手の勤務時間は原則1日10時間です（通常 8:00–18:00）。開始・終了時刻は利用者のご都合により調整可能です。

Driver's duty time is 10 hours per day in principle (usually 8:00 AM–6:00 PM). Start and end times may be adjusted upon the user's request.

2. ダッカ市外への移動

ダッカ市外への移動がある場合、遠征費・道路料金・駐車料金は利用者負担となります。

Tour allowance, road tolls, and parking fees for trips outside Dhaka city are borne by the user.

3. 燃料費

燃料費は1日50kmまで無料、超過分は実費精算となります。

Fuel cost is free up to 50 km per day; excess mileage will be charged based on actual distance.

4. 追加費用

遠征費・宿泊費・超過時間（৳300/h）等の追加費用は、利用後に精算いたします。

Additional costs such as tour allowance, accommodation, and overtime (৳300/h) will be settled after the service.

5. お支払い

ご利用後、走行距離等の実績に基づき請求書を発行いたします。お支払いは弊社日本法人口座へのお振込みとなります。

現地でのお支払い（BDT現金）をご希望の場合は事前にお申し付けください。海外からの送金は別途¥3,500の受取手数料が発生します。

After the service, an invoice will be issued based on actual mileage and usage. Payment is to be made by bank transfer to our Japanese bank account. If you prefer to pay locally in BDT cash, please inform us in advance. An additional receiving fee of ¥3,500 applies for overseas remittances.

6. キャンセル

キャンセルはご利用日の2日前まで無料、以降は1日分の車両代を申し受けます。

Cancellations are free up to 2 days before the service date; thereafter, a one-day vehicle charge will apply.
